To delete your account please email info@calgarydollars.ca and request to have your account deleted. You may request data deletion as well (phone and email).
You may also request account deletion by messaging Administration from within the app (or when logged onto a desktop).
Please note, your account must have a zero balance to be deleted. You may donate the funds to Take Action Grants or one of the other organizations registered with Calgary Dollars. Please specify this when requesting account deletion.
